Our products are ethically focused, with a strong emphasis on traceable sourcing and environmentally responsible practices. We value creativity, respect, and strong interpersonal relationships with our customers. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a part-time role, with possibility for full-time and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Sales Support
- Assist customers in the store, providing product knowledge and an exceptional customer experience. Understand and communicate the brand story and mission to clients, ensuring consistency with the brand's overall messaging.
- Be knowledgeable in all facets of Identity Diamonds offers to guide clients toward services that fit their needs, whether it's scheduling a meeting or educating them on our available services and products.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards by keeping the showroom clean & organized.

Data Entry
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with data entry tasks.
- Ensure all customer information is recorded accurately in our systems.

Qualifications:

Experience in Social Media Content Creation:
- Proven experience in creating social media content, including photography, reels, and graphic design skills (Canva).

- Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required):
- Prior sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

- Strong People Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and connect with customers in an authentic way.

- Attention to Detail:
- Ability to handle and present high value items with delicacy, with a focus on accuracy and attention to the intricacy.

- Creativity:
- A passion for creativity, design, and aesthetics.
- A strong sense of marketing and growth.

Personal Attributes:

- Ability to self-start and work autonomously, demonstrating initiative in all aspects of the role.
- Professional and reliable, with a commitment to learning and growing within the position.
- Integrity and strong work and human ethics.

Compensation:
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
