Are your rings customizable?
Yes! Almost all of our rings can be customized to accommodate a different size or shape of center stone, and we can adjust, add, or remove design elements from almost all our rings. Contact us with the name of the ring and the changes you’d like to make, or use the “ask about this product” button available on each product page.
Do you offer custom design from scratch?
Yes! We absolutely do, and we love designing from scratch. To begin a custom design inquiry, please visit our Custom Design page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on the items you order:
Items listed as “In Stock” are available, meaning that they will ship within 2 business days. Allow an additional 3-5 business days if we need to size your ring.
Items listed as “In Production” are pieces that we are currently working on, and will be ready soon, usually within 3 weeks, but sometimes up to 6 weeks. Contact us if you need a more precise timeline.
All other items on the website are made to order, meaning that we will make the piece just for you. On average, it takes 3 weeks for non bridal pieces and for wedding bands, 3-4 weeks for solitaire rings (single center stone, no side stones), 4-6 weeks for most engagement rings, and 6-8 weeks for custom pieces.
All these timeline are approximative and we do not guarantee them. If you have a deadline, please verify with us before placing your order.
Can you melt and reuse my metal?
We cannot melt and reuse old jewelry to make your piece, as this process require re-refining the gold, and our ship doesn’t offer metal refining.
However, we do purchase old gold for scrap value, so if you have old jewelry that you’d like to sell, we are happy to look at it and offer you a credit towards your piece.
Can you set my stone/stones into one of your rings?
We fully support the concept of reusing as a sustainable practice, and we will happily consider your family/heirloom stones for resetting. However, conditions and fees apply and it will be decided on a case to case basis. Contact us to discuss it in more details.
We do not sell our rings without a center stone and we do not set center stones purchased elsewhere in our jewelry.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes! Our engagement rings come with a 10 years complimentary warranty, and all other gold or platinum jewelry come with a 5 year complimentary warranty. Visit our warranty page for more information.
What if I don’t know my/my partner’s finger size?

Are the pictures on the website of the exact piece I will be receiving?
All website pictures are of our actual stock, they are never generic photos.
If you order a natural gemstone ring (such as a Montana sapphire ring), the color of the gem may vary, as no two are ever alike. We try to find gems alike whenever possible, but all natural gems are unique.
If you order a lab grown gemstone, diamond, or moissanite ring, your ring will look very close to identical to the one pictured, as there is very little to no variation in those gems.
I have a specific stone in mind, can you help me find the perfect gem?
Absolutely! If you love one of our ring styles, and would prefer it set with a different color/size/shape/type of gem, we will gladly help you find the right stone.
As per our core mission, we focus solely on stones that are sustainably and ethically sourced: either lab grown gems, or gems that are fully traceable, eco-friendly and fairly mined.
