How do I know my finger size?
We recommend that you and your significant other get their ring fingers sized prior to ordering your ring. Simply visit your local jewelry store to get professionally sized! It is truly the only way to get an accurate measurement.
Please do not "guesstimate" a finger size.
What to do
When you just don't know...
If you can't get their finger size measures (you don't want to ruin the surprise, we get it!), simply order write "stock" in the finger size section. We will craft your ring in the most common size (feminine style size 7, masculine style size 10).
We will resize any ring ordered in stock size, up to two sizes up or down, within 90 days of purchase. This complimentary sizing is included in your warranty!
Certain Rings
Cannot be resized
Eternity rings (with stones or a pattern that go all the way around the ring) cannot be resized.
Alternative metals such as titanium, steel, zirconium, and rings with wood/rock/ceramic inlays cannot be altered.
When ordering a ring that falls into one of those categories, your ring will need to be crafted in the exact finger size.
Ordering a
Stock Ring
When you order a ring that's in stock but you need it in a different finger size, allow up to 5 additional business days to resize it to a specific finger size.
Some rings cannot be sized extensively. Always make sure to read the entire product description to see if certain sizing limitations apply to your product.
