Shipping Information

USA

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $150, and free UPS Priority shipping on all orders over $999.

UPS shipping times will vary by location. Allow up to 10 days for your items to arrive via Ground, and up to 3 days via UPS Priority. You may purchase UPS Overnight shipping at checkout if you wish to receive your item overnight. Order placed after 12pm CST will ship out the next business day.

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. 

International

International shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout.

Important: You are responsible for your country's import duties, brokerage fees, and/or taxes.

By placing your order, you as the recipient agree that you may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes once your shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over government-imposed charges and delays, and cannot determine what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please provide a phone number where you can be reached by custom officials if needed. This phone number will be listed on the label so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Original shipping charges for goods refused at customs are non-refundable, and shipping fees will apply to resend your package to you.

Return Policy

- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for stock items only.
- Condition: Items must be unaltered (including sizing), unworn, in new condition, and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: No returns or exchanges on special orders, made-to-order items, and custom designs. Clearance items are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Approval: All returns must be approved before being sent back.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

- Shipping: you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back. You can purchase a shipping label here.
- Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for items lost in transit. It is recommended to insure the package during transit. You can purchase shipping insurance here.

To initiate a return:

1- Contact us at info@identitydiamonds.com to obtain an return authorization. Include the original name and/or order number.
Items sent back without authorization will be refused.

2- Once approved, put the item in its original box, include a note with your RA #, package it securely, and mail it to:

3- Send us the confirmation that the shipment is on its way, and include tracking number if available. We will confirm when we receive your package.

We recommend using UPS or FedEx, and avoiding USPS to send in the item(s).

Note:
You can purchase your shipping label and purchase shipping insurance for your package directly through us for convenience and ease!

4- Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
