Job Type: Freelance | ~10 hours per week

Identity Diamonds is a boutique jewelry store specializing in ethical jewelry and custom design. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, adaptable, and reliable to help grow our presence online and in the local community.

• Social Media & Content Creation •

This part of the role focuses on creating content that reflects the values and personality of the brand.

• Shoot photo and video content in our showroom

• Create short-form video for TikTok & Instagram

• Organize and share content on Pinterest

• Engage with relevant online communities on various platforms such as Facebook and Reddit

• Community Outreach & Local Presence •

This part of the role focuses on growing our visibility and relationships locally.

• Identify local opportunities, events, and collaborations that align with our brand

• Build relationships with local businesses and collaborators

• Represent Identity Diamonds at select community events

• Help plan and organize in-store events (ex: anniversary events, special promotions)

• Develop ideas that bring new people to the store

Requirements

• Experience creating and editing social media content

• Strong understanding of developing and executing a strategic, cohesive social media content strategy

• Ability to come to the store to shoot content

• Proactive mindset for identifying local opportunities, partnerships, and events that increase brand visibility

• Reliable vehicle required

• Organized, dependable, autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable meeting people

• Background and reference check required
